For more than 7 years, María Fernanda has focused her practice on labor litigation, representing different clients in the Mexican Business, mainly advising clients before the Mexican Labor Courts, Conciliation Centers, and Labor Authorities.

María Fernanda’s practice has also focused on the representation of national and expatriate workers in connection with social security matters, conciliations and resolution of conflicts.
