Federal Labor Law (the \u201cDraft Decree\u201d), which may be consulted here.\n\nI. General Scope\n\nThe main purpose of the Draft Decree is to reduce the weekly workweek from 48 to 40 hours through a gradual implementation scheme that would begin on May 1, 2026 and conclude  in  2030.
