{"id":1196,"date":"2025-06-03T10:04:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T16:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.k-g.com.mx\/?p=1196"},"modified":"2025-06-03T10:04:15","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T16:04:15","slug":"se-otorgan-estimulos-fiscales-en-los-polos-de-desarrollo-economico-para-el-bienestar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.k-g.com.mx\/en\/se-otorgan-estimulos-fiscales-en-los-polos-de-desarrollo-economico-para-el-bienestar\/","title":{"rendered":"TAX INCENTIVES GRANTED IN THE \u201cECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SECTORS FOR WELL-BEING\u201d (referred to in Spanish as Polos de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico para el Bienestar)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear clients and friends,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last May 22, 2025, the Official Gazette of the Federation published the decree by which fiscal incentives are granted in the \u201cEconomic Development Sectors for Well-Being\u201d (the \u201cDecree\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decree aims to encourage investment and promote economic development in priority areas, which the Ministry of Economy defines based on state proposals and committee evaluations, called Economic Development Sectors for Well-being (the \u201cSectors\u201d), to attract investment, generate employment, and strengthen the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main tax incentives granted are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(i) Immediate 100% deduction of the original amount of investments in new fixed assets with a minimum useful life of 2 years, for income tax purposes. The benefit will last for 5 years, ending on September 30, 2030, and applies to taxpayers who start or operate within the Sectors, subject to prior authorization; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(ii) Additional 25% deduction for expenses on training or innovation. Training refers to providing technical or scientific knowledge related to the taxpayer\u2019s activity.
