{"id":763,"date":"2024-01-17T08:48:57","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T14:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.k-g.com.mx\/?p=763"},"modified":"2024-01-17T08:48:59","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T14:48:59","slug":"ajuste-a-la-unidad-de-medida-y-actualizacion-para-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.k-g.com.mx\/en\/ajuste-a-la-unidad-de-medida-y-actualizacion-para-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"ADJUSTMENT TO THE UNIT OF MEASUREMENT AND UPDATE FOR 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Institute of Statistics and Geography (\u201c<strong><em><u>INEGI<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u201d), through the press release 10\/24, announced the update of the value of the Unit of Measurement and Update (\u201c<strong><em><u>UMA<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u201d) that will enter into force as of February 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the UMA in force for this year will be the one shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Daily UMA:<\/strong> MXP$108.57.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monthly UMA:<\/strong> MXP$3,300.53.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Annual UMA:<\/strong> MXP$39,606.36.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such sense, the adjustment to the UMA represents an increase of 4.66% with respect to the UMA for the year 2023 which will remain in force until January 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that given the deindexation of the minimum wage, the UMA currently serves as a unit of account or pecuniary economic reference in order to determine the payment of obligations and other assumptions set forth in both federal and local laws, as well as other legal provisions.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda(\u201cINEGI\u201d), mediante el comunicado de prensa 10\/24, dio a conocer la actualizaci\u00f3n del valor de la Unidad de Medida de Actualizaci\u00f3n (\u201cUMA\u201d) que entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir del 1 de febrero de 2024.
