Alejandro has mainly participated in advising Mexican and foreign companies on corporate matters, mainly related to incorporations, acquisitions, company dissolutions and liquidations, as well as corporate restructuring. Alejandro’s practice has also focused on investment projects, financing, joint ventures, e-commerce, real estate projects, and foreign investment, among others.
