Demetrio focuses his practice in energy regulation, administrative law and regulatory compliance, with experience advising clients in the hydrocarbon sector on the analysis and application of the regulatory framework applicable to upstream and midstream activities in Mexico. He has been involved in the development of regulation in the energy sector, structuring procedures and handling proceedings before the authorities of the energy and financial sector, as well as defending public servants against administrative sanctions. His experience also includes handling administrative and constitutional disputes.
