Emilio has mainly participated in tax matters by providing advisory services to national and international clients, mainly related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, estate planning and, tax structures. Emilio’s practice has focused in the establishment of commercial relations between Mexico and foreign countries, as well as in the development and growth of Mexican SMEs in foreign markets.
